As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, baaji999 may request proof of identity and age at any time. baaji999 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals if the required documents are not submitted.

3Eligibility & Age Requirements

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use baaji999's services:

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baaji999 and will result in immediate account closure:

• Attempting to influence game outcomes through fraudulent means or the use of software.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Placing bets or making transactions using third-party funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Using malicious software or hacking tools against the baaji999 system or network.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Baaji999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or failure to submit the required documents.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months).
• Where providing the service is not possible due to legal or regulatory reasons.
